What if my product is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If there is a damage on the package, you should not accept the delivery so that it can be sent back to the warehouse. We will assist you in exchanging your product or providing you with a full refund.
If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an immediate replacement or refund (usually within 1 business day).
