The AMG Infrared Sear Burner provides a unique infrared burner option to replace an existing gas burner in the American Made Grills Estate gas grills. The unique ceramic infrared burner technology is designed to provide intense direct heat to offer professional level searing without drying the food out. The complete ceramic and stainless steel construction provides a high-quality infrared burner that will elevate the versatility of your American Made Grills.

      Returns & Warranty

      Warranty:

      • Lifetime Warranty on construction and manufacturers defects
      • Lifetime Warranty on frame and housing
      • Lifetime Warranty on cooking grates, burners, valves, flame tamers, and heatzone separators
      • One Year Warranty on all other parts, components and electrical

      Note: The American Made Grills Lifetime Warranty provides protection against rust through of parts that render the product inoperative. It does not cover occasional surface rust or staining due to environmental conditions.

      Return Policy:

      Our customers have 60 days to file an RMA. RMA forms must be completed entirely and include pictures of the item(s) you wish to return. Once submitted, the RMA process with our customer service team can begin. Return authorizations must first be approved by Homegladly.com. All eligible products must be returned in their original packaging and in new, re-sellable condition. If eligible for return, a 20% re-stocking fee will apply.

      If product is refused due to damage, the freight claim will be automatically initiated by the carrier and returned to Homegladly.com. Please alert our customer service team immediately so we can coordinate a replacement shipment or issue a credit.

      Special order items cannot be canceled or returned once they have been ordered from the manufacturer. Obsolete or discontinued product cannot be returned once purchased.

      RMA’s are valid for 60 days. If the items are not return to Homegladly.com in new, re-sellable condition by that time the RMA will expire and the product will not be eligible for a new RMA.

      The carrier will deliver orders curbside, and the customer may need to arrange assistance to receive the order.

      If the destination address is deemed undeliverable, the customer may incur additional charges.

      Home Gladly does not ship to PO Boxes, and some products are not available outside of the USA (with some exceptions).

      Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of being placed, but custom-made orders or made-to-order items may have longer processing times. 

      Customers will receive tracking information within 24 hours of their order leaving the warehouse.

      If there are damages to packages or products, the customer should take photos and report the damages within 24 hours. Home Gladly has a return policy, and the customer should contact the company for further information on returning or exchanging products.

      * When returning a product note there are costs involved for the buyer, restocking fees, and shipping costs.
