      COVERS- • Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty on covers, including grills, carts, side/power burners & oven

      -Warranty is void upon transfer of ownership. Warranty does not apply to products installed in any commercial, rental, or nonresidential application (exception of the Resort Grill, Alturi, & TRL). Warranty covers replacement parts only. Manufacturer is not responsible for labor or labor-related costs. Warranty does not cover discoloration, surface rust, corrosion, or oxidation, which may occur due to harsh environments, chemicals, or overheating. Warranty will not apply for damage resulting from improper installations, abuse, extreme environments, grease fires, or misuse. Proof of regular and proper maintenance is required. Coastal, humid, and/or salt environments are subject to manufacturer review. All out-of-box claims must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be made prior to installation. Any product installed damaged will be considered damaged during installation and not covered under warranty.All warranties are subject to the review and approval of the manufacturer.

      Return Policy:

      Our customers have 60 days to file an RMA. RMA forms must be completed entirely and include pictures of the item(s) you wish to return. Once submitted, the RMA process with our customer service team can begin.

      Return authorizations must first be approved by Homegladly.com. All eligible products must be returned in their original packaging and in new, re-sellable condition. If eligible for return, a 20% re-stocking fee will apply.

      If product is refused due to damage, the freight claim will be automatically initiated by the carrier and returned to Homegladly.coms. Please alert our customer service team immediately so we can coordinate a replacement shipment or issue a credit.

      Special order items cannot be canceled or returned once they have been ordered from the manufacturer. Obsolete or discontinued product cannot be returned once purchased.

      It is our customers’ responsibility to return the product in the same new/undamaged condition in which it was received. If a returned product is damaged, it will not be eligible for credit. We are not responsible for items received damaged.

      If a customer has installed or burned a product, the RMA will be denied. This is a liability issue and Homegladly.com is not responsible for any items once they have been installed and/or burned. If an item is believed to be defective, we will be happy to assist you with the warranty process.

      The carrier will deliver orders curbside, and the customer may need to arrange assistance to receive the order.

      If the destination address is deemed undeliverable, the customer may incur additional charges.

      Home Gladly does not ship to PO Boxes, and some products are not available outside of the USA (with some exceptions).

      Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of being placed, but custom-made orders or made-to-order items may have longer processing times. 

      Customers will receive tracking information within 24 hours of their order leaving the warehouse.

      If there are damages to packages or products, the customer should take photos and report the damages within 24 hours. Home Gladly has a return policy, and the customer should contact the company for further information on returning or exchanging products.

      * When returning a product note there are costs involved for the buyer, restocking fees, and shipping costs.
